This animated children`s series succeeds admirably in making the concept of an anthropomorphic tiger shark that walks across land upright on its fins not at all terrifying. In fact, with a fun-loving and happy-go-lucky attitude, Kenny the Shark is downright charming. Tired of being confined to the sea, Kenny one day decided to make his way to the surface where he had the good fortune of meeting Kat Cassidy, an optimistic elementary school student who is able to speak Kenny`s language. The adventures of Kenny, Kat, her family, her friend Oscar, Marty the dog, Ellie the bull shark, Captain Ahearn, the annoying Phoebes, and of course the obnoxious Burton Plushtoy III continue with this release featuring a bevy of summer-themed episodes.
